Service Cancellation
Due to the custom nature of our mural painting services, all projects are considered custom work. Cancellation policies vary depending on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation request.
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel your project before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid, minus any non-refundable consultation or design fees that have already been incurred.
Cancellation During Project
If you cancel your project after work has begun, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed. You will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date, including materials and labor costs.
Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our contact form. We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
Change Requests
Minor changes to the design may be accommodated during the early stages of the project. Significant changes or redesigns may incur additional charges. All change requests should be discussed and approved before implementation.
Quality Concerns
If you have concerns about the quality of work completed, please contact us. We are committed to addressing any legitimate quality issues and will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, or other acts of nature.
